Activation Key Request

You must first run GroundOpsStaff-2ed and perform this request from the GroundOpsStaff-2ed Program Manager. You cannot request your Activation Key from within your Internet Brower. Please Run GroundsOpsStaff-2ed. Thank you for purchasing GroundsOpsStaff-2ed and for your interest in requesting an Activation Key. After completing the GroundsOpsStaff-2ed Activation Key Request form you will receive an Activation Key via email at the email address you enter in the GroundsOpsStaff Activation Key Requst form.

By clicking the REQUEST KEY button on the GroundsOpsStaff-2ed Activation Key Requst form you agree to run GroundsOpsStaff-2ed (the program) on only one computer at a time and you agree that you will not share your Product Code or Activation Key with others. You agree that you understand that your Activation Key is a SINGLE USER license authorizing you to run the program on a single computer at time. You agree that you understand that if you need to run GroundsOpsStaff-2ed on more than one computer at a time you must purchase additional Product Codes from the APPA bookstore (Click here to buy now).

If you own or are assigned a desktop and laptop computer you may activate GroundsOpsStaff-2ed on both computers with a single Activation Key provided you agree to not run the program on both computers at the same time. Follow the below instructions to request your Activation Key:

Note: If you have not already started the GroundsOpsStaff-2ed, you must first run GroundsOpsStaff-2ed and be viewing this web page in the GroundsOpsStaff-2ed Program Manager web browser window. Activation Key Request is done from within the CleanOpsStaff-2ed Program Manager Activation Key Request form not from your web browser.

Follow the below steps to request an Activation Key

1. First Download and install GroundsOpsStaff by clicking any of the 'Download" links found on this web page (click Download in EXE Format.) Download and Installation instructions are at Download in EXE Format.

2. After downloading and installing GroundsOpsStaff-2ed, run GroundsOpsStaff-2ed as you would any Windows program by (a) clicking Windows START button; (b) Click Windows All Programs; (c) Click Hunter Consulting and Training; (d) Click CleanOpsStaff.

3. CleanOpsStaff will start up in Program Manager mode.

4. Click the Request Activation Key button in the left panel of GroundsOpsStaff-2ed Program Manager (NOT IN THIS BROWER BOX, BUT IN THE GroundsOpsStaff PROGRAM MANAGER LEFT ACTION BUTTONS PANEL)

5. Enter the requested information in the Activation Key Request form including the Product Code that came with your product. Your information will be saved to your hard drive when you submit the form. You may save your user information to disk at anytime by clicking the Save to Disk button.

6. Click the REQUEST KEY button at the lower left of the Activation Key Request form.

7. You will receive an Activation Key within 24 hours of your request (often times immediately or within the hour) depending on the time of day and other server activities. The email will contain all the information needed for you to activate your program.

8. The First Name, Last Name and Product Code in combination with your Activation Key will allow you to activate the full features of GroundsOpsStaff . See Why Activate
