GroundsOpsStaff-2ed Now Supports Dual Monitor Operations

In response to a number of GroundsOpsStaf-2ed users, GroundsOpsStaff-2ed can now be moved to any monitor connected to your computer. Since GroundsOpsStaff-2ed is designed to run with its window always maximized, it can not be dragged from monitor to monitor when multiple monitors are connnected to your computer.  However, two buttons and a move tool have been added to the Main Menu to allow you to move GroundsOpsStaff-2ed from monitor to monitor.  See 'Using GroundsOpsStaff-2ed on Computers with Multiple Monitors' in the User Manual.
